A day at leisure after breakfast. Dinner and overnight at the Dead Sea.
- Day 3
Bethany, Madaba and Mount Nebo to Petra
Visit Bethany, where Jesus was baptised by John the Baptist. See the Byzantine mosaics of Madaba, including the 6th-century mosaic map at St George’s Church, then Mount Nebo, where Moses viewed the Promised Land. Dinner and overnight in Petra.

Petra, then Wadi Rum
Explore Petra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Continue to Wadi Rum for a two-hour 4×4 tour of the desert with Bedouin guides. Dinner and overnight under the stars.
- Day 5
Wadi Rum to Aqaba
Drive to Aqaba on the Red Sea, ideal for diving, water sports and shopping in the free economic zone. Overnight in Aqaba.
- Day 6
Free day in Aqaba
Relax, or add an optional glass-bottom yacht trip with snorkelling and a barbecue lunch.
- Day 7
Aqaba to Amman
Drive back to Amman after breakfast. Dinner and overnight in Amman.
- Day 8
Amman city tour and Jerash
See the Citadel, the Archaeological Museum, the Roman Theatre and the King Abdullah Mosque, then the well-preserved Graeco-Roman city of Jerash. Overnight in Amman.
